Phase 1

Assessment

Our clients approach us with specific business requirements that may require our assistance. In all the cases our work starts with deep discussions, thoughtfully conducted assessments, data review, and team interview. This helps us in understanding and quickly getting our arms around the task at hand and decide upon the next steps. Sometimes this may be different from the client’s initial understanding of the task.

Our process may include exploring and defining the core purpose and values of the organization and synchronizing these with personality and values of the individual team members, aligning the core team and designing the strategic road map that boosts the spirit of entrepreneurship and excitement of creativity within defined boundaries.

Our process involves creative problem-solving sessions and expert counsel sessions. These sessions help our clients see their current relationship with the problem, help them quickly re-evaluate their perspective, resulting in powerful solutions. We often play the role of “retained advisory” working closely with our clients for many years holding them accountable and helping them preserve the core purpose while stimulating the progress. If required, we do engage in more focused assignments, specific projects and initiatives.
