Ram is a management post graduate with specialization in Organizational Behavior, Brand Building & Apparel Marketing & Merchandising. He has worked with an Indian conglomerate “Future Group”, a multi-Billion Dollar company with significant retail presence in India. He worked there at various management and leadership positions in a career spanning over 20 years.
He ideated and built various business concepts to a multi-million-dollar businesses. During his tenure, he enjoyed working with people and setting them up for success in their career the most, both within the organization as well as with his external clients. He confidently admits that his team was the most envied team and that he was the most sort after leader for career mentoring.
He enjoyed his journey with his personal coach through his career, who believed in him and helped him see his potential to succeed. Ram proudly says it’s this coaching that helped him see the potential and the leader in every team member.
Constantly persuading his learning and looking for new ways to help people, he attended and graduated from the Institute of professional excellence in Coaching (iPEC).
Ram took the leap from part time coaching to a fulltime coach and started “Businessync.com” since then, he has spent hundreds of hours coaching his clients and setting them up for success in the fast-paced corporate world.
Ram’s WHY is very simple “Everyone deserves to be successful and I want to be part of their success journey” knowing he can be the catalyst to change someone’s career trajectory for better, is what drives him.
On a personal level Ram likes a simple, quiet life…whether it is spending time with his wife, daughter, parents, and friends. He loves reading a book in his safe corner or going for his 6 mile run or a trek into the wilderness.
“There is nothing like spending time with the people you love the most”. He is a loving son and a proud father. He enjoys his vacations with his very small close group of friends & family.
